Store 10537 is ripping off all customers !
They are not honestly providing the current specials.
Today, I tried to get the $5 McMuffin meal deal, and they charge for the drink.
Then, they say the special only applies, if you also buy a drink with it… in case you don’t want a drink.
I complained and the staff is trained to only provide the offered specials with these gimmicks.
I will file formal complaints with the county and state.
It should not matter how big McDonald’s is, if operating dishonestly, it should not be allowed a business license or to operate.

i have a valid receipt and survey code. i have attempted 3 times to input the code as stated on my receipt from today 9/18/25, it does not work. I wonder if thats because the famous French fries I received today either were from yesterday or cooked at breakfast or just plain old. I would like to know where customer service has gone. I am just as important as the drive thru. To do away with the customer service in the restaurant, seem ridiculious. Employees are running in and out for the drive thru service. No greetings, no nothing.. You have to say loudly Can I get waited on. I don’t use the machine, I want personal service. Most employees are NOT FRIENDLY. They walk right past you waiting to get service. My order was wrong and they looked at me like it was my fault. They saw the order on the ticket. Then you need to bring your food to the counter for them to check, no gloves on, used their bare HANDS. The manager was dresses in blue jeans and a sweatshirt. Very unpleasant kid. I just understand why fast food restaurants don’t want to serve people indoors? If you are traveling, you want to get out of the car for awhile to stretch your legs. I prefer the older way of doing things. Person to person. Hire people who want to work, friendly, and curtious. More people just want the money and they don’t care how they treat the customer. I don’t think I want to eat at McDonalds or any other fast food place.

Your mcdvoice does not work. Service @ your new store 43816 3205 North Highland Ave, Jackson TN 38343 rates a 0 . Purchased breakfast there today only to get home with an incomplete order. Went back with the receipt , went inside was asked by the supposed manager what was wrong with the order, instead of looking for herself, she verbally chastised the employee who I 1st talked to, in font of me & other customers in the store. The order was corrected however no utensils provided, no apology. I will NOT return to this McDonald’s. This location has a Jack’s across the street, is behind the largest Kroger store in the city, a Dunkin’ Donuts near who all serve breakfast, not to mention all the fuel centers nearby. I work in the customer service business & my wife retired from retail food after 30+ years. We know how people are to be treated, This store does not value their customer. So if your business isn’t producing the income you thought it would, you might want to retrain your people.
